01. Brief & Concept
Every project starts with a clear and exact brief to ensure productive work and successful results. We communicate and share ideas with you to identify your needs and describe it in the language of the architecture.
Living environment is a private and intimate place, we understand it and on each projects we aim to incorporate your identity and perception for perfect place. Feeling happy in xqo home is our duty.

02. Design & Management
Once the Concept and Schematic Design are made the project moves forward to Technical Design and Detailing. At this stage we collaborate with the many engineers and consultants we work with to manage and complete all project parts.
Robust details, smart material selection, utilized building scheme, decisive and productive teamwork, efficient management and building knowledge are keys for success.
03. Delivery Supervision
To ensure decent delivery xqo takes active part during the Design Supervision and Building Implementations. We participate in intrinsic activities required by the Regulatory Authority and do site visits as Leading Architects.
Our work is focused on project and quality compliance, materials approvals, progress oversee, site queries and others to manage the design administration and completion.
