Residence

UH12 is residential building with 16 apartments and a semi-underground car park. The design follows clear concept for sustainable and calm living atmosphere with plenty of green areas and highly efficient space usage.

Design that makes sense…

The unique approach in the modeling provides consistent form finding and functional interconnection. The design enhance the natural presence, providing fine layouts and best exposures. Each apartment has full height windows for maximum daylight and landscape views.

The facade uses sustainable materials of high quality soft grey bricks with steel structure and mesh railing for the terraces. All details are utilized to ensure flawless work and robust performance.
