Escape to Nature - HS10 is a 2-bed contemporary open house in the forest of Sofia District.

The design follows the environment with open floor plan and private area to the forest. Each facade consists of full-width all sliding doors with hidden automatic blinds to control the openness and the daylight.

The building uses standard structural scheme with utilized design, material selection and details as a beneficial alternative to the container houses. The type of construction works are reduced to simplify the building processes, provide flexibility and increase efficiency.

“Sleep with the fox” - the bedroom is designed to provide intimate interior and a landscape view with direct access and full lighting control. The walls are sound-proofed in case "the fox is singing".

Swim in the forest

To the private swimming pool (5 by 8m) HS10 has also a barbeque and a sunbed area for recreation during the summer. The lighting design uses the water and the landscape to provide ambient light for the night hours and to create dreamful atmosphere for sleep.

The design is based on effective solutions and simplified construction to provide “easy to get” house in the suburb. The floor plan is highly unified to provide flexibility and diverse functionality.

The building has intelligent remote systems to control the lights, turn on the heating and others to set the house's climate. The natural fireplace is design as an active part in the interior to provide snug and homey atmosphere.
