Apartment

Apartment AQ8 includes interior design, remodeling and a new building to an existing semi-detached house. The client briefed on high-end contemporary white design with open spaces and environmental views.

Lighting design, integrated sounds systems and intelligent remote control were developed inline with the Design & Build requirements. On the ground level the extension consists of a spacious living room and a kitchen open to the inner yard with full-height & width sliding doors. The upper floor is accessed through a minimal staircase and has a large bedroom with a in-build wardrobe and fine bathroom with natural light.

The kitchen accents on its active and important part of the daily activities. The design provides exquisite worktops naturally lighted and open to the living room for cooking “out of duty”. The skylight increases the illumination on the working area, providing better comfort and visual readability.

Details in line with the Architecture

At AQ8 the furniture is designed by xqo according the interior for a complete correspondence and architectural consistency. The wall unit follows the living room concept, providing spacious storage and multifunctional use.

Every room deserves the best design. The presence of natural light and ventilation makes having a bath a moment we wait for… makes the room a “place you wanna live in”.

Simple as it can be

The refurbishment allowed us to incorporate modern solutions. The staircase has emerges with a delicate and minimal presence in the interior using simple profiled black steel and a handle attached to the adjacent wall.
